I have spent over 25 years committed to the field of education. My journey has taken me across Bangladesh and even onto the international stage, where I’ve worked tirelessly to foster growth, knowledge, and learning among students of all backgrounds.
Passionate Social Worker
My career is grounded in a deep commitment to community development. I believe in creating real change through education and empowerment, especially for the underprivileged and underserved. Every initiative I take is guided by a desire to uplift people and help them achieve their full potential.
Cultural Advocate
I strongly believe that true education and development come from a balance of mind, body, and spirit. That’s why I emphasize cultural enrichment and sports alongside academics. Through various initiatives, I aim to inspire creativity, discipline, and unity among the youth.

🥋 My Work in Sports & Youth Empowerment
Since 2002, I have been serving as the Founder and Principal of Jewel’s Oxford International School & College, a premier academic institution offering a UK-based curriculum. Under my leadership:

🎭 My Cultural and Creative Contributions
Holistic development is close to my heart, which is why I actively support cultural and artistic initiatives that inspire young minds.
As Director of Kathak Nattyo Gosti (since 2015), I have helped bring meaningful theatre to the community.
As Chief Patron of the District Child Theatre, Sirajganj (since 2012), I promote creativity and confidence in children through performing arts.
Through these efforts, I strive to create a balance between academic learning and cultural expression.
🏅 Recognition & Global Engagement
Over the years, I’ve been honored both nationally and internationally for my contributions. One of the most meaningful recognitions came in April 2025, when I received an award from The Daily Star and HSBC Bank for my efforts in nurturing “Tomorrow’s Leaders” through O-Level and A-Level education.
I’ve also taken part in numerous international seminars, workshops, and competitions related to education and sports — gaining valuable global insights that I bring back to serve my community.
